SERVICES

Choose the right starting point for the systems your organisation depends on.

MiCiS works across managed IT, Microsoft 365, connectivity, business phones, web services and electronic security. Start with the service or business problem you need help with, then explore the connected systems and services.

Australian-based staff and support, with scope and responsibilities documented for each engagement.

ALL SERVICES

Seven service areas, grouped by the part of the environment they support.

Choose the service closest to the issue or outcome you can already describe. Each detailed page explains the scope, delivery path, dependencies and questions to settle before work begins.

01 / PEOPLE, DEVICES & CLOUD

Keep people productive and the digital workplace controlled.

Start here for user support, endpoint operations, identity, email, collaboration, security controls and cloud governance.

02 / CONNECTIVITY & COMMUNICATIONS

Connect sites, users and calls through a documented service path.

Start here for carrier services, networks, Wi-Fi, voice platforms, numbers and calling continuity.

03 / WEB, DOMAINS & DNS

Keep the public web and its critical records documented.

Start here for hosting, domain registration, DNS, certificates and the dependencies behind websites and mail flow.

04 / PHYSICAL SITE SECURITY

See what is happening and control who can access the site.

Start here for commercial video surveillance, doors, credentials, intercoms, alarms and their network or operational dependencies.

WHEN SERVICES OVERLAP

The visible problem is not always where the fault or responsibility sits.

A call problem can be an internet or firewall issue. A mail problem can begin with DNS. A camera or door controller can depend on power, switching, identity and site access. MiCiS can start with the reported issue, identify the connected path and define who owns each next action within the agreed scope.

  • Start with the symptom. The first service is a practical entry point, not a premature diagnosis.
  • Check the dependencies. Identity, DNS, internet, firewalls, power and endpoints can change the outcome.
  • Define the action owner. MiCiS, a carrier or another provider can be assigned the next step within the agreed scope.
Common issue paths

Where to start—and what else may be involved

Dependency-led
01 People cannot access email, files or applicationsStart with Managed IT or Microsoft 365; check identity, device state, connectivity and DNS. Digital workplace
02 Calls are dropping, failing or routing incorrectlyStart with Phone Systems; check numbers, carrier services, internet, firewall, platform and endpoints. Voice path
03 A website, domain or mail-flow record is failingStart with Web, Domains & DNS; check registrar control, DNS, hosting and Microsoft 365 mail dependencies. Public services
04 Cameras, doors, intercoms or alarm components are offlineStart with CCTV or Access Control; check power, switching, controllers, communications and management platforms. Site systems
The starting service identifies the first accountable review point. Final responsibility still depends on the documented scope and the providers involved.

HOW TO USE THE HUB

Use one service, combine connected services or establish a managed operating model.

The right structure depends on the systems already in place, internal capability, existing providers, risk and the level of ownership you want MiCiS to take.

01

Specialist service

A defined service or project with clear boundaries, responsibilities and handover.

Best fitYou already have capable internal ownership or other providers around it.
02

Connected service set

Two or more related services designed or supported together so dependencies and escalation paths are explicit.

Best fitThe outcome crosses cloud, carrier, network, voice, web or physical-site systems.
03

Managed environment

Ongoing support, monitoring where agreed, documentation, review and lifecycle planning across the selected services.

Best fitYou want one operating context and a recurring service model with documented responsibilities.

Not sure which service should own the issue?

Describe what is happening, what outcome you need and the systems already involved. MiCiS will help identify the best starting service, the dependencies that need to be considered and a practical next step.
