MANAGED IT & CYBERSECURITY
MiCiS provides day-to-day IT support, software updates, device security and backup checks. Support connects with your Microsoft 365 and business internet services. One team keeps the environment supported, documented and aligned with the rest of your communications, cloud and site systems.

WHAT WE MANAGE
Managed IT is not one task. MiCiS combines user support, endpoint oversight, maintenance, security controls, backup oversight and lifecycle planning so the environment remains usable, documented and easier to improve.
Requests, incidents, access, onboarding, offboarding and practical help for day-to-day work.
Standards, monitoring, configuration, asset visibility and lifecycle oversight across supported devices.
Operating-system and application updates, maintenance planning and follow-up on remediation.
Endpoint protection, identity hygiene, hardening, policy and practical risk reduction.
Backup checking, alert review, restore coordination and visibility of recovery dependencies.
Current records, lifecycle priorities, risk visibility and a practical plan for future investment.
SECURITY BUILT IN
MiCiS brings identity, endpoint protection, patching, backup oversight and practical risk management into the same operating model used for day-to-day support. Controls are reviewed in context, issues have an owner and improvements can be prioritised against the environment you actually run.
HOW THE SERVICE IS DELIVERED
A managed service works best when the environment, ownership and review rhythm are explicit. MiCiS establishes the baseline, operates the agreed service, reports on what matters and turns that context into practical next actions.
Confirm users, devices, access, platforms, contacts, risks and service priorities.
Handle requests, incidents, maintenance and agreed monitoring through one escalation path.
Review activity, security items, recurring issues, risks and planned changes with the right stakeholders.
Prioritise remediation, lifecycle actions, projects and future investment against business needs.
CONNECTED TO THE WIDER ENVIRONMENT
A user issue rarely stops at the device. Identity, internet, DNS, phone platforms, cameras and access systems can all affect the outcome. Because MiCiS works across those layers, support can follow the dependency instead of stopping at the edge of a single service.
MiCiS can follow an issue or change across service boundaries while keeping one documented context and one escalation path.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A good managed-service agreement should make ownership, scope and expectations easy to understand. These are the questions organisations most often ask before onboarding.
The exact scope is documented for each client. It commonly includes user support, device and endpoint oversight, patching and maintenance, practical security controls, backup oversight, documentation and technology planning. Platforms, tools, support windows and responsibilities are agreed before service begins.
Yes. MiCiS can provide a co-managed model in which responsibilities are divided between your team and MiCiS. Escalation paths, administration boundaries, platform ownership and the review rhythm are documented so issues do not fall between teams.
MiCiS reviews users, devices, access, platforms, contacts, risks and current priorities; documents known dependencies; and agrees a transition plan. The order and depth of onboarding depend on the condition and complexity of the environment.
Practical security controls are integrated into daily service delivery. Identity hygiene, endpoint protection, patching, hardening, backup visibility and risk follow-up are considered together. The exact controls and tooling are defined for the client’s risk, compliance needs and existing platforms.
Support windows, priority definitions, escalation arrangements and any on-call engineering are set out in the managed-service agreement. MiCiS does not rely on one generic response model for every environment.
The service can include backup checking, alert review, restore coordination and visibility of recovery dependencies. Products, retention, testing responsibilities and recovery objectives must be documented for the systems in scope, including responsibilities held by third-party providers.
Yes. Where MiCiS supplies or supports the related service, the same team can follow the dependency across platforms. Where another carrier or vendor is involved, MiCiS can coordinate the technical context and escalation within the agreed scope.
Start with a practical review of your users, devices, platforms, risks and current support model. MiCiS will help clarify the immediate priorities, the right service scope and the path forward.
